Strong in OSI Reference Model, L2/L3 switching, VLAN, Ether channel, DTP, VTP, CEF, Basic routing, Password recovery, STP, PoE, Loop creation and breaking concepts, ROMMON recovery.
responsible for resolving trouble-tickets raised by users.
