-6-8 Years of exposure in different facets of Business analysis in Insurance domain Life Insurance.
-Expertise in writing Business Requirement Document, Functional and Non-Functional Specifications Document, System Use Cases, Training Manuals.
-Exposure of various policy administration & industry standard tools such as Risk write.
-Functional knowledge of various modules of insurance like channel management, policy servicing, claims management, underwriting, reinsurance and finance.
-Extensive experience in successful project delivery of major Financial Service companies.
-Hands on Experience in all phases of SDLC, Quality processes, Creation and review of Test plans, Test cases, Testing strategies and Functional Testing.
-Experience to Handle Indian and Overseas Clients from Front end.
-Experienced in SQL queries to extract data from various databases for data analysis.
-Proficient at coordinating various technical and managerial teams to develop process and verifying adherence using the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
-Well equipped with excellent communication and organizational skills to face clients.
-Expertise in change request management and developing configuration management documents, Release documents.
