* Good with Excel based knowledge
* Experience in the BPO/ ITES domain into Team management.
* Hands on experience into Team Handling & Team Management
* Should have handled a team size of at least 20-40 FTE’s
* Must be a graduate
* Should be flexible to work for all shifts
* Good with MIS & Reporting.
* Effective Communication Skills
* Banking /Health care / Insurance based exposure would be preferable
