RECEPTIONIST – MWR TECHNICIAN(RECREATION & FITNESS CENTER) Full Time
Our client a large catering company in kuwait requires for their usa military base project ” receptionist” (salary basic 125+50 f.o.t) 12 hours duty, 2 days holidays in one month , 2 month paid holiday after 2 years, every 2 years 50% of the air ticket provided by the company.
JOB PROFILE
MWR TECHNICIAN(RECREATION & FITNESS CENTER) RECEPTIONIST)
Greet and provide customer service to all patrons who enter the MWR.
Able to communicate and understand English clearly.
Ensure all patrons scan into the facility using their CAC.
Distribute and receive MWR property (i.e. gaming systems, board games, adaptors, pool cues, Ping-Pong, foosball).
Confirm all video games are accounted for once returned.
Properly operate and clean popcorn machine.
Properly operate cash register and eagle cash machine.
Properly operate projector for movie room.
Keep front counter area clean.
Wipe down and sanitize water and NAF resale coolers.
Wipe down and sanitize all MWR furniture .
Perform daily inventories of NAF resale items at beginning and end of shift.
Keep inventory of all facility property and assist with order/restocking levels.
Assist in MWR event set up and break down.
Sweep, mop, and dust facility at the beginning and end of shift .
Keep complimentary consumable items replenished for customers.
Complete reservation forms upon patrons request for long term sign-out of items.
Assist in marketing display and removal.
Set-up seasonal decorations.
Additional duties may be added depending on the mission requirements.
