Hotel Manager for a leading 3-star hotel Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities of Hotel Manager:

• Heads the front office, F&B & Housekeeping function of a hotel

• Controls and regulates expenses at a hotel to ensure a better P&L statement

• Maintains contractibility & process adherence at the hotel to ensure guests have a seamless experience

• Identifying, fixing & correcting all repair and maintenance related tasks at the hotel.

• Auditing rooms, kitchen, reception and identifying process gaps

• Checks for Inventory and maintains proper Par stock

• Prepares the Roster for the Team & ensuring it is adhered to

• Should be hands on & willing to roll up the sleeves to lead by example in any vertical of hotel .
