Urgently Needed RAT Executive for a Leading Micro finance Company
Location: Kollam
Experience & Qualification: A Graduate or Post Graduate with over 4-8 years of experience in NBFCs with experience in Micro Finance (or) Credit Rating is desirable/ Risk Management/ Calculation/ Verification. Salary: CTC- Rs 20- 25 K
KEY REPONSIBILITIES
– Ensure that only groups with standards specified in the manual are recommended for credit linkage.
– Assist/Coordinate the operations team in every aspect to achieve the business targets.
– CREDIT DELIVERY AND SUPERVISION
– Check JLG credit rating at field conducted by Branch Managers.
– Verify loan documents including KYC, inter-se agreement, loan application, credit history etc.,
– Act as HO representative for loan disbursement and ensure proper disbursement of loans and ensure submission of report to Regional Manager / State Head (Chief Manager) Conduct Loan Utilization at the field and provide a report as per Annexure 14.1 already discussed in Section 14 of the Manual Carry out regular visit to the field and provide report as per Annexure 15.1 already discussed in Section 15 of the Manual Carry out surprise visits to Branches and provide report as per Annexure 15.2 already discussed in Section 15 of the Manual Carry out post disbursement
– Check the compliance for Audit findings Visit the default/ overdue JLGs and take appropriate remedial actions – – — STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Attend the trainings arranged by Head office and share the learning with the Branch teams for implementation Mentor and develop the capacity of Branch Managers and Credit Officers –
– Motivate the staff to perform the tasks as a team Resolve the conflict and document the same REVIEW AND REPORTING
– Attend Weekly Review at Branch and submit report to State Head/Chief Manager Submit RAT Weekly Action Plan & Work Diary to the State Head/Chief Manager as per Annexure 18.1 already discussed in the Section 18 of the Manual Attend the Regional Review Meeting Any other work assigned by higher authorities In addition to the above mentioned tasks, Senior Executive RAT shall perform settlement of Insurance Claims
