Support to SCS division for Warehouse
Windows Patch Management
Hardware support – Systems, Laptop Installation & configuration
New User Check List
printers, Internet Backup & specific support to user
IT Exit Form
IT inventory, Asset record, Daily support to user
Network issues – ILL , Broadband VPN,LAN
New system configuration, and Maintenance
License Management
Backup and restore of data for the user
Basic Logistics application support
Vendor co-ordination for Internet – LAN & WAN
WMS application Support
Incident record management
Need to roam for All West Zone SCS warehouse
Antivirus & Encryption Report
Vendor Co-ordination – for UPS, Internet, WAN & Printers
email ID creation , Revoking & Deletion
Vendors Purchase record manage & maintain the Finance SOP
