Patent Adminstrator Contract Bases
Job Description:
. Manage the paralegal team.
2. Liase with the senior patent paralegals and senior/junior attorneys.
3. Attending to communication received regarding formalities, and procedural matters.
4. Managing electronic docketing, internal/statutory deadlines.
5. Managing billing department and coordinating with accounts department.
6. Handling all formality related requirements.
7. Managing incoming and out going filings.
8. Liasoning with the patent office.
9. Paralegal and Operations Quality control.
Skills Required:
1. Candidate with good understanding and experience of Indian patent prosecution procedures.
2. Candidate with 4-8 yrs of experience in patent prosecution.
3. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
4. Excellent English.
5. Previous experience in such a profile will be an added advantage.
6. Self Starter.
7. Attention to detail.
Location: Mumbai.
