JOB DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for Business Analyst (Project Coordinator) for our Airoli office in Mumbai.
Job Description – Work onsite in client’s location / Offiste, play a crucial role in coordinating between the client and development team.
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
Understanding the requirements at a high level of the project and communicating the client on indicative efforts and timelines by connecting with delivery team.
Coordinate with project teams from customer side and iron out any dependencies blocking the progress for the delivery team.
Handling minor Delivery/Development activities from Client locations.
Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project metrics and preliminary schedules.
Track the Project progress and schedule Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, changes, work hours etc
Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
Foreseeing any risks in the delivery and should pre-handle it by setting expectation with the customer to avoid any escalation.
Attitude in looking beyond the task at hand to have a big picture with good user and business perspective on the products worked upon
– Must have worked as a Business Analyst in a technical environment
– Hands on experience in preparing requirements documents, use cases, process flows, user manuals
– Should have SCRUM/Agile methodology exposure
– Experience in interacting with DEV teams and Customers.
– Knowledge on payment gateway integration aspects is desirable
– Excellent communication and presentation skills is required
– Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Qualification & Technology / Tools
– Diploma/Graduate with 3-5 years of experience.
– Knowledge of the web Application Development (LAMP)- Desirable
– Knowledge in MS Projects, Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, SVN, JIRA
