- Job Skills: Direct experience of having worked with Contractor or Plant owner.
- Knowledge of Job procedures, Applicable codes & standards, Drawings, Planning.
- QA/ QC, HSE & Safety requirements.
- Soft Skills: Customer interaction, Leadership, Decision making and communication skills.
