Job Description
Technical
o Experience working on Loan Originating System (Provenir etc.) – Preferable
o Work with clients, lead and drive the production support calls addressing the issues in best possible approach, advice the team on key decisions regarding the Provenir platform, interfacing systems and the supporting technologies.
o Coordinate with the Product Development team in solving client issues and defining ongoing product enhancements and improvements.
o Assess and analyze the requirements needed to implement changes and advise on the options available to support the request within the system constraints while assessing potential risks and impacts.
o Participate in user requirements and specification meetings and perform and participate in design and code reviews for better understanding of the domain
o Support client testing and implementations.
