Responsibilities :
Data & AI Leadership
-Develop strategy for identifying, driving & closing Data & AI opportunities for your assigned territory, working with the Enterprise Services Account Executive (SE) for Enterprise Services account planning & with the Enterprise Commercial Account Executive (AE), where there is no SE, to ensure alignment & input to the overall account plan
-Hunt for new Data & AI opportunities, leveraging the Services account-aligned team & Specialist Team Unit (STU) to help build pipeline
Execution
-Qualify, drive & close Data & AI opportunities that will accelerate the customer’s digital transformation, intentionally driving the sales plays prioritized for your area
-Ensure customer satisfaction, managing, escalating, and/or orchestrating sales and delivery success through the AE, Services account-aligned team & Pursuit Leads
-Meet or exceed revenue & core priority targets, executing in accordance with prescribed Microsoft methods, processes and tools
Data & AI – Ability to: Lead Solution Area & / or Commercial Support Sales Strategy, effectively translating corporate strategies into local Sales Strategy & appropriate plans; & ability to Influence Stakeholders & Decision across the organization to ensure alignment with area sales plans
Market Maker – Ability to: Anticipate market changes to drive new, industry-relevant customer solutions – connecting market & technology trends to business disruption & articulating to customers in a compelling way; Generate Customer Trust, being a credible technology & business advisor that customer executives want to partner with & coaching them to realize their business objectives; & ability to Role-model digital conversations, to inspire, influence & engage Customer decision-makers to pursue Digital Transformation (DT)
Driver of Excellence in Execution – Ability to: Drive sales discipline and accountability, ensuring excellence in account & territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting & close planning; Drive excellence in intentional execution, ensuring area goals & targets are achieved or exceeded through execution of prioritized Sales Plays; & ability to Inspire, challenge & develop team members, consistently coaching & role-modelling in line with recognized practices
Qualifications
Required:
-Sales & business background, with 7+ years of technology-related experience
-3+ years sales and business background in Data & AI
-Bachelor’s degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent)
Preferred:
-Proven sales success & expertise in selling Dynamics Business Applications projects & advisory services at the executive level (VP & above)
-Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
-Executes recognized sales methods, processes and tools
