Preferable candidate’s: Team Leaders of Telecom, Retail, FMCG, FMCD, Banking, Insurance and Finance or relevant (i.e HDFC, , Aeon, Capital First, Bajaj Finserv, Mahindra Finance, Tata Capital, Muthoot Finance, SBI cards loans, Shreeram Auto finance etc.) background.

Should be Graduate.
Should have team handling experience.
Should have Sales back round & worked for Channel Sales.
Age- 26 to 30 Years Max.
For DSM Minimum 2.5 to 3 years of experience & For Sr. DSM minimum with 4.5 to 5 years of experience require which includes Channel sales & team handling.
Must have two wheeler with valid driving license.
Proficient in local language.
Preferably the candidate should be from Consumer durable or Two Wheelers back round.
