We have an excellent opportunity for the position of Customer Success Associate for a client in Bengaluru
Designation – Customer Success Associate (CSA)
Job Location – Bengaluru
Experience – 2 to 3 years
Qualification – Graduate (Mandatory)
Shift – General
Process – Customer Service
Age Criteria – DOB should be 1990+
Interview Date – 25th July 2018 (Wednesday)
Interview Mode -Face to Face
Interview Timing – 11 AM to 4 PM
About CSA

Job Profile
The candidate should have a similar experience with CRM systems. This is a MUST
Proven customer support experience (not just in calling)
Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to the financial industry is a big PLUS
High energy
Ability to perform under pressures – come what may
Zero tolerance no matter how good you are, you have to work with other people and must be a team player.
Passion and a strong sense of ownership, even about things that are not your directly responsibility
