Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage inbound/Outbound calls
Handling the calls with Automatic Dialer and Pre-Recorder Voice Messages
Ability to understand US consumer words and take opt-in and transfer the calls to Client Agent
Make sure to reach weekly/Monthly target given by the company
Coordinate with management and follow the script followed by management
