Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Qualification: Must be a Graduate (science and pharmacy graduates preferred)
Basic course in computers is desirable. 3-5 years of Experience in the relevant field.
Skill Sets:
1.Verbal Ability
To give accurate and tactful explanations to visitors, patients and hospitals employees and in recording exact information for messages.
To exercise high degree of tact and poise and occasionally overcoming language barriers.
To understand and apply knowledge of medical terminology.
2.Numerical Ability
To understand pertinent details in tabular form and avoid perceptual errors in arithmetic computation.
3.Problem solving / Decision making skills
To think independently and exercise ones own judgment in determining actions during emergencies and challenging situations. For E.g. If a patient refuses to pay his/her bill, they should know how to handle him or her.
4.Interpersonal Skills
To develop cordial relations with other departmental personnel.
Building rapport with the patients, doctors, staff nurse & other technicians.
To develop relations characterized by sympathetic understanding and emotional affinity with patients and their relatives.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 – 5,50,000 P.A.
