Job Description
Job Title: SR FICO Leader
Roles and Responsibility: Lead the FICO team and Provide Solutions, Mentor and Monitor team
Experience Level : 10+ years
Project type and Shift : Production Support having rotational Shift in day and Night
Functional skill
-Thorough knowledge of FICO processes with in different industries
-Thorough knowledge of FI (AP,GL, AR, FA), CO(AA, Collection), FSCM, Dispute Management
-Should have capability to understand the requirement and map into the SAP set ups
-Should have 2 end to end implementations at least with multiple support projects
Technical skills
- Clarity for Valuations concepts of FX
- Hands on Knowledge on DMEE payment method Cycle
- Extended knowledge of treasury/ collection management/ Dispute management (FSCM)
- Understanding of Interface related issues ( Vertex Tax) etc
- Deep knowledge of Banking Interfaces
- Should be able to do the basic DEBUG
- COPA knowledge will be good to have
- Understanding of RICEF, should be able to write FS and work with ABAP team for developments
- Should have knowledge of Integration – FI-SD/ FI-MM /FI-CO/ AR-Collection/AR- Dispute
- Should have knowledge of international process in SAP for example – LOCKBOX
Interpersonal Skills
– Good command on speaking and writing communication
– Ability to interact with HIGH level management of the business
– Ability to understand the business logic and provide additional training to the users
– Should meet the time lines of the tasks
