Job Description
-Creating a positive role and ensuring that all the Team Members adhere to laws and regulations.
-Conducting himself in an appropriate manner at all times while on duty/ uniform and when visited by officials both from external agencies like Health/other Govt dept as well as Senior Management.
-Proper checking of records of store performance, complete paper work and reports. Eg.- Discount, Cancellation, Wastage, registers as prescribed from time to time.
-Fostering an atmosphere conducive to work in stores, an atmosphere of discipline, and growth.
-Physical inventory of materials (including raw material) and equipment that exist in the store.
-Driving customer satisfaction: Handling customer concern and speaking to customers. Work towards improving Customer Satisfaction Index
-Responsible for supporting, Co-ordinating and implementation of New product Rollouts and making it success.
Stay ahead of the operations through stores visits as per company’s policy and evaluate stores practice against company standards.
-Estimate the food consumption of each store , place orders with suppliers , and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages
-Willing and able to work out- of office hours and travel.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong report writing and record keeping ability
Good command of spoken & written in English Language
Pleasant personality, positive thinking, strong coordination, good relationship, and team working
Ideally with a University or Diploma degree or Vocational Course in Hospitality/Tourism Management
Candidate must have their own conveyance
Candidate must be comfortable with Morning and Night Shift
Education-
UG: Any Graduate – Any Specialization, B.Sc – Any Specialization, Home science, Hospitality and Hotel Management, Diploma – Any Specialization, Hotel Management
