Scouting F&B professionals for Operations Manager role with Sodexo.
Should be able to converse in Local language of the location.
Experience: 10+ Yrs in Food & Beverages . 2 yrs as F&B Manager mandatory.
Qualification- Hotel Management graduate
JEnsure that all the service deliveries are carried out as per the contractual terms and conditions agreed upon with the
client.
– Able to operate in extreme climatic conditions
Initiate Menu reengineering, upgrade old menus and special event menus in line with the budget
Drive food festivals and other special events in line with Sodexo planned activity calendar
Ensure that safety and hygiene policy is strictly followed at each site within the state
Carry out operational audits,HSE audits to check for confirmation to laid down processes and policies
Organic Growth and Profitability
Sustain and build the profitability of each site in the state through timely analysis of reports and provide solutions to
counter any discrepancies
Apprise the management of any serious reversal or threat to the operations on time
Meet the sales and profit targets of each site in the state
– Proactive in getting all challans or Invoices necessary to be signed on time for timely submission for payment
Debtors Management
Ensure that the data required for the raising of invoices is sent to the accounts department on time
Strictly enforce timely collection of the invoiced amounts from the client as per the agreed terms and conditions
Keep track of all the invoices and challans within each site in the state
Manpower Management and Training
Promote a healthy and teamwork oriented atmosphere within each site in the state
Prepare a manpower budget as per the growth in the operations of the state
Identify the training needs of his team and assist in the development of modules to address the same
Ensure that all the sites are at their optimum staff strength
Ensure that all the HR processes and staff welfare activities are implemented and carried out in his region .
Communication and Client Retention
Stay in close communication with the client for all issues regarding services, additional business, new initiatives and
hygiene and prepare documents of the same
Ensure that the branding policy is rolled out and followed as per the specifications
Ensure 100% client retention
Timely addressal of all issues with pertaining to the client and the operations
Cost Management
Coordinate with the base operation office to understand and forecast the cost trends and revisions
Develop suitable operational strategies to address increase in costs
Analyze the operational cost centers and provide solutions to increase the efficiencies within each site in the state
Salary: INR 9,00,000 – 11,00,000 P.A. As per company standard
