IBM BPM Integration Designer Full Time
Job Description
Purpose of the role-
Provides first level supervision to the team of Professionals working on IBM BPM Advanced (IID). He/she should focus on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership. Lead teams in the design and development of Integration Layer of software applications.
Key responsibilities
Understand and define BPM problem statement and business need analysis (Functional and Technical)
Engage with business analysts, functional architects and other stakeholders to ensure feasibility of the solution and provide suggestions for the optimal solution that best utilized BPM platform to deliver highly scalable solution
Review the design and development work performed by the developers in the team and ensure the project is delivering the intended architecture, including leading code reviews & implementation of Best Practices
Provide accurate development estimation for the amount of work involved based on technical specifications & user stories
Make sure the required frameworks (logging, exception handling, etc) are in place.
Work with the team to create the required documentation (System Context Diagrams, HLD, LLD, etc)
Work with developers in performing Unit Testing & work with the testing team to ensure Integration Testing, UAT, Performance Testing, etc is completed before the production release.
Mentor, Coach & Coordinate with the team and provide leadership in team management
Desired Qualifications
Primary Skills : IBM BPM Integration Designer 8.x including BPEL flows, Mediation and Assembly modules, work flows, BO maps, XSLT transformations, XPATH & different adapters
Secondary Skills: MQ, IBM BPM Process Designer 8.x, IBM Integration Bus, Java/J2EE
Must have 7+ years of experience working on IBM BPM in End to End implementations
Sound knowledge of BPM implementation architecture & SOA
Extensive experience in Designing and Developing IID Mediation Modules & using different Adapters
Familiarity with Multiple source aggregation pattern, Batch aggregation pattern, Simple service proxy pattern, Service selector pattern, Service gateway pattern, Message enrichment pattern.
Should have Quality of Service (QoS) qualifiers knowledge.
Hands on experience in Server administration deployment, JDBC ,JNDI and Aliases configuration.
Understanding of Change and Configuration Management principles
Knowledge of other IBM Stack of tools like ODM, ITX, etc is a plus.

Qualification:
