Job Description
Dubai’s well known 5 Star Hotel is looking for Gym Trainer / Gym Manager to Head its Gym in the Hotel
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited
to the following:
Is responsible for the safety of all guests and employees using the Fitness Center.
Exhibits sensitivity to guest s needs and cultural differences.
Motivates guests to adhere to a fitness program and achieve goals.
Evaluates the guest s physical fitness level.
Develops a fitness program for the guest.
Teaches exercise classes to the guests. Coordinates timetable and updates it regularly.
Monitors the progress for the guest’s fitness program.
Assists members in the Fitness Center with use of equipment.
Always be in top physical condition.
Prepares the fitness department equipment and supplies daily.
Staysup-dated on the latest developments pertinent to the department and becomes well-versed and trained in their usage.
Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest.
Maintains effective guest relations.
Salary: housing at hotel, Food, One time Travel to home country twice a year and other perks like insurance etc

Experience 5-10 year
*Be professional
