Audit Automation Analyst
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide guidance to lower level employees.
Responsibilities:
- Strong technical skills in C#/.Net, C++, SQL, VBA, Javascript, Python
- Identify opportunities for generating efficiency & business impact through automation/data analytics
- Ability to deploy robotics solutions in SOX space for control testing
- Management of data analytics platform (workstation, data feeds)
- Engaged in data modelling projects
- Identify potential fraud risk in business processes, develop monitoring capability to provide greater assurance to management
- Influence / drive change particularly in understanding the systems, processes and data analytics.
Education and Experience Required:
- BE/BTech/MTech/MCA with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience in Audit analytics/Risk & Compliance domain would be desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
- Highly skilled in understanding of key business processes and connection to the data and systems.
- Excellent Written / Oral communications skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines.
- Capability to multi-task activities and provide timely delivery of deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a capability to work across diverse teams and also an ability to work across virtual teams.
- Strong ability to influence / drive change particularly in understanding the systems, processes and data analytics.
- Superior teamwork and motivating skills.
- Good project management skills.
