Required Manager Accounts with a leading Real Estate Developer at Nariman Point Location.
Position: Manager Accounts
Educational Qualification: Inter CA/ CA/ ICWA
Experience: 4 – 7 Years.
Location: Nariman Point
Gender: Male / Female
Skills:

2 Good Command over English. Strong written & spoken communications.
3 Strong accounting and technical skills.
4 Professional and dignified approach to work and can manage team and interact with senior management and partners effectively.
5 Ability to setup efficient work process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
6 Candidate preferably from Real Estate Industry.
7 The candidate must have advanced knowledge of Accounting Standards and be able to set accounting policies for the business.
8 A deep understanding of all relevant compliance requirements is necessary, including LLP Act, Income Tax (employee and entity), GST, RERA, Shops & Establishment and Profession Tax.
9 He will be directly responsible for all Operational Taxes, viz TDS, GST and will be responsible for timely and efficient filing of tax returns.
10 He must have the ability to deal with experts eg. Auditors, Tax consultants, payroll consultants etc. in the entity’s interest. Expertise in MS Excel, TALLY and ERP is required.
