Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Overall management of the merchandise at Category Level i.e EYE/SUN GLASSES/CONTACT LENSES and at Regional Level i.e. EAST/WEST/NORTH/SOUTH
Analyze Category Performance at regular intervals to keep a track of target v/s achievement on Sales.
Driving new store roll outs and hand holding its merchandise planning and execution. Analyzing the merchandise gaps and bridging the same.
Executing the pull and push method in stock planning and placement to maximize sales , ensuring action on slow movers, laggards, top sellers etc.
Ensuring the stock cover is maintained at any given point in time.
Creating processes to drive sales at front end with no deficiency in stocks.
Giving recommendations to the procurement team on the different aspects of the product performance.
Closely working with the Area Operation Manager and Store Teams to grow the store revenues MOM.
Frequent store visits to ensure that the products are properly displayed and guiding the ground team about the different aspects of the product.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 6,50,000 P.A.
