Unit Manager – CAFS COCHIN Full Time

• Manage the various Department Heads and its functions.
• Preparation, Standardization of the unit polices if any or laid down by the Management from time to time.
• Plan and supervise the daily meal upliftment and there by ensure the quality and quantity.
• Consistently maintain standards of quality, cost, presentation, and flavor of the product.
• Develop Inventory & Cost Control & Good practice for food cost control.
• Responsible for monitoring the daily raw material indent and overall unit purchase.
• Ensure that all the processes and checklists are followed and maintained accurately on a daily basis.
• Ensure that safety and hygiene policy is strictly implemented in line with group policies.
• Training and develop staff as per the prescribed manuals and getting staff aligned with HACCP standards.
• Spearheading and controlling activities related to food- cost, portioning, manpower budgeting.
• Should maintain good client relationships there by adding revenue and good will for the brand.
• Should have good Business Development skills in getting more revenue through all channels and by developing new models of revenue without diluting the core business/product and brand value.
• Remuneration will be at par with industry standards.

  1. Need 10 plus years of experience.

  2. Having 15 years will be an ideal situation.

  3. Having catering/ reputed hotel brand exposure at the level of heading units operations is must and not at departmental level.

  4. Bsc / BHM is must.

  5. No need to consider profiles with restaurants or small or stand alone hotels.
