Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identification of innovative new demand generation techniques, ensuring their inclusion into campaign execution
Management of requests for demand gen support for social, paid media and email support
Support of US social selling program in partnership with WW teams, including maintenance of Elevate, reporting stats, etc
Development of creative assets to support demand generation efforts
Provide education and guidance to stakeholders regarding content and demand generation strategies, working together to integrate new capabilities and innovation into campaigns, as well as executing upon these campaigns.
Create unique digital experiences by leveraging third party platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Folloze, Wordpress, etc, or through social experiences thru the Customer Experience Center (Microsoft social command center)
• Draft copy and light image editing for emails, social, landing pages, media ads, and blog posts.
• Manage budgets and timelines with agencies, production companies and in-house resources
• Maintain compliance with CELA and Privacy on content and demand generation approaches
Qualifications
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Imagination and the ability to see beyond what is there and see what could be or should be there.
Strong passion and personal drive to have business impact and make things happen.
Provide consultation to key stakeholders and regarding content and demand gen strategies.
Deep understanding of digital marketing and how to develop customer-focused strategies and tactics
Deep knowledge of core paid media channels
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, think conceptually, execute effectively, and manage multiple projects.
• Must be able to deal with ambiguity, have experience with problem solving, have confidence and executive maturity to work across multiple teams and directly with key stakeholders across the organization
• High creative bar for all content production execution and the ability to work with an agency to achieve our creative vision.
Strong oral/written communication, organizational, project management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet challenging timelines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly capable in working with Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word
BA/BS in communications, marketing or related discipline
3 + years of experience in a B2B digital marketing/communications role.
MBA preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with marketing platforms such as Marketo and Sprinklr
• Experience working with Microsoft (corporate and field), production teams, and MS Production Studios staff and facilities
