Manager for eCommerce Operations – Hyderabad Full Time

TheOneShop.in is a leading e-commerce company for wholesale gifting, which caters to the gifting requirements of Indians worldwide. We are looking to hire a manager to handle the operations of the company.
Job Responsibilities include:
To direct and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse.
Provide leadership and development to supervisory staff.
Ensure that all policies and procedures are understood and followed.
Actively participate in long and short-term planning for the company.
Has direct responsibility for creating and managing a positive customer experience for internal and external customers/consumers.
Assist in operating the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management- Coordinates the daily activities of the warehouse and logistics to ensure timely, safe and cost-effective movement of inventory.
Utilize people, tools, space, and equipment effectively to meet required levels of service.
Staff Development –
Hire, develop, coach and counsel directly.
Budgeting/Forecasting/Reporting
Accurate and timely measurement: Follow up and reporting on the overall warehouse, inventory control and logistic efficiencies (i.e. productivity, damage control, quality).
Basic Qualifications:
3 or more years of leadership experience
Strong, effective oral and written communications skills
Strong time & project management skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently while supporting various teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher
Process Improvement or Change Management experience
3 or more years experience in Logistics, Operations, Customer Service experience .
