Job Description
Handling preventive maintenance of all machines as per the schedule.
Attend the breakdown of m/c and equipments.
Check / clean the m/c during daily shift clean activity of each m/c.
Handling all the gauge change over activity during product change over activity.
Attend the breakdown of m/c and equipments.
Check / clean the m/c during daily shift clean activity of each m/c.
Handling all the gauge change over activity during product change over activity.
Spares
Maintaining all spares, consumables stock in the register.
Update the stock register when spares consumed / received.
System
Filling of preventive maintenance schedule check sheets and keep the records.
Reporting
To the Maintenance HoD for all above activities.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 – 3,50,000 P.A.
