Second in command.One who is responsible to submit daily status to the RCM and thereby help him plan and set the time period to meet the target to the best interests of BPCL-KR.He is the one who gather information from the site engineers on daily basis and lead them to achieve the target in the stipulated time period.He shall maintain the co-ordination among them and shall be acted as a bridge between RCM and site engineers.
