Design Engineer – Electronics Systems Full Time
Job Description
1. Hands on experience on vehicle level Electronic controllers such as instrument cluster, Body controller units, Infotainment systems.
2. Design, Development and Validation of Body controller unit and instrument cluster
3. Design and validation of Intelligent Transport System (LED route boards, Cameras & video recorders, passenger announcement system, Vehicle tracking system, Music systems)
4. Hands on experience on basic electrical tools such as CAN tools, CAN data loggers, analog data loggers
5. Hands on experience on service tools such as diagnostics tools, flashing tools
6. Exposure in Automotive Quality systems (FMEA, DVVP etc.) & Validation Protocols based on reliability requirements
7. Exposure in Automotive vehicle systems ie. starting, charging, lighting.
8. Should able to convert Customer requirements in to design.
9. Interaction with customers, production units & Quality team for design freeze.
10. Hands on experience on release activities in Ennovia and LEAP
11. Should able come out with cost reduction ideas and shall able to consider bench marking with competitor vehicles.
12. Should be self-initiative & willing to learn new systems

Desired Candidate Profile
Should have hands on experience in design Vehicle Controllers, ECUs Indication instruments, Display boards etc.
Design & Development of Electronics systems for Trucks & Passenger platforms
Knowledge in 3D &2D modelling using CATIA R21 V6/V5
Knowledge in wiring harness design in CATIA V6/V5 & E&E system integration in vehicle level
Education:UG -B.Tech/B.E. – Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Diploma – Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication
Experience: 4-6 years
PG – Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate – Doctorate Not Required
