Deputy Manager – Purchase (Experience in Procuring Raw materials from Motor Manufacturing) Full Time

Position: Deputy Manager Purchase

Salary: 8Lac to 9Lac

Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 6 to 8 years in purchase function in a motor manufacturing industry

Purpose of the Role:

1. To develop parts of LV motors meeting Quality, Cost and Delivery.
2. To establish quality system at supplier’s place for critical raw material used in Low voltage motors.
3. Continuous improvement of supplier processes to achieve better quality.
4. Should have knowledge of quality systems

Knowledge Required:

1. Knowledge of  critical raw materials used in motor
2. Knowledge of quality systems, problem solving methods
3. hands on experience at a similar function in a motor industry
4. Six sigma green/black belt certification
5. Fundamentals of magnetic/structural/thermal design
6. Knowledge of Electrical rotating machine design principle and construction.
7. Hands on experience in implementation of systems like KANBAN or lean systems.
