Deputy General Manager ( Hotels) Full Time
Job Description
The candidate should be able to plan the production related activities giving the maximum output.
He should have basic knowledge about utilities and should ensure minimum operational break downs.
Planning & Budgeting: Forecast expenditure
This role will also be responsible to deliver a world-class hospitality and concierge-services experience to our clients while ensuring quality standards are maintained in terms of product, service, safety and sanitation.
Other Responsibilities / Accountabilities will include :
Management
o Lead and coordinate post possession & handover activities (including KHO, building & society operations & community building)
o Manage & overlook a team of site hospitality team
o Design & stabilize processes across site
o Key role to play in society handover
Quality
o Monitor and ensure high quality of services across site, with respect to security, MEP, housekeeping, etc.
o Ensure consistency across site in terms services and procedure taking place across site
o Draw insights from periodical dashboards and take necessary actions
Internal coordination
o Co-ordinate with Construction Management and audit team for timely KHO at site & for major customer queries requiring Construction Management support
o Co-ordinate with RCEOs to ensure greater efficiency and productivity at site
o Coordination with sales team for sales gallery at respective site
Segment level P&L
o Keep a check on the overall expense drivers across site and take cost cutting measures
o Coordinate with billing & commercials for budget issues
Escalations
o Manage escalations from customers (customers can escalate after no resolution is provided by the respective site head)
o Proper upkeep and maintenance of the sales gallery.
Salary: INR 10,00,000 – 12,00,000 P.A.
