JOB DESCRIPTION
Its a Food Delivery Boy/ Delivery Man position to be incentive based directly with Swiggy.
Job Location: Kota- Rajasthan
Responsibilities and Duties
– Delivery of food items to the customer from Food stores.
– Cordial, respectful, friendly and confident with client
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1. Literate in English
2. Should have Own Bike
3. Should hold all valid documents – License, Bike RC book, Pan Card & Aadhar Card- All Originals & 1 set of Xerox and 2
photos
4. Cordial, respectful, friendly and confident
5. Android phone
Payment structure:
On order and distance basis
Within 4 kms —— 37/- per order
4 6 Kms ——– 50/- per order
6+ kms ————65/- per order
Assured minimum 10 orders a day, if 10 orders are not given by Swiggy then payment would be made for minimum 10 orders @ of 37/- per order will be made on a daily basis
Other Benefits:
– Medical cover upto 1 lakh
– accidental cover upto 5 lakh
Incentives:
1. Weekly incentives. (Monday – Friday) based on number of orders.)
2. Weekend incentives. (Saturday & Sunday) based on number of orders)
