Accountant cum Admin Executive
Position Accountant cum Admin Executive
Locations Ludhiana (Senior), Pune, Kolkata , Bangalore(Senior)
Job Details:
Responsible for managing both accounts and administration work at centre level.
Responsible for recording day to day entries in our in-house developed software & Tally ERP 9.
Responsible for handling cash & cheques and depositing the same into bank on daily basis.
Responsible for preparing various MIS reports like Collection Report, collection reconciliation,
Bank Reconciliation etc.
Responsible for coordinating with collection team at HO regarding collection follow up with
students.
Responsible for closely monitoring outstanding fee details on daily basis.
Responsible for vendor bill processing and payment at Centre level.
Responsible for dealing with local vendors for Procurement/ Repair/ Maintenance of assets at
Centre.
Responsible for adopting cost control measures and assuring that they are adhered.
Responsible for other related work as and when asked from HO.
Candidate should have good communication and presentable to manage these locations singlehandedly.
Budget- 20-22K in hand for Junior and 30K in hand Senior
Experience- 4 Years (Junior) and 6- 8 Years Senior
Industry- School, Institute , Colleges ( first preference).
