Job Description:
•Understand Quality Management System (QMS) and software processes
•Comprehend organizational practices
•Analyse scenarios and problems
•Identify improvement opportunities
•Mentor on process assets
•Process implementation & project facilitation across all the projects and departments.
•Hands-on for implementation of process assets
•Technical reviews of work-products and practices
•Comprehend organizational practices
•Conduct internal audit
•Evaluate root causes and corrective actions for audit findings
•Track the closure of non-conformities and process deficiencies
•Managing QMS configurations and libraries
•Adhere to all the organization policies/ guidelines and process/ procedures
Qualification(s)
BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM/Advanced Professional Degree
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Desirable skills are as below:
•Hands on experience driving process & quality initiatives for projects and support functions
•Experience in Project Management and software engineering
•Knowledge on various IT standards & models applied to software processes, at minimum ISO 9001, ISO 27001
•Comprehension and analytic Skills
•Good oral and written communication
