Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet the clients in a professional and positive manner.
Determine through detailed and specific discovery process the objectives of the clients visit.
Escort the client through the counters and deliver refreshments personally or with the aid of the assistant.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for the store by enhancing conversion ratios and average transaction values.
Provide leadership in the store especially in the absence of the Showroom manager.
Ensure customer delight by delivering high standards of retail environment, product availability, high quality staff interface, resolution of customer complaints and maintaining high level of customer loyalty.
Maintain an update client database by inputting client information.
Comply with the SOPs, policies, and procedures.
Ensuring a smooth sales transaction, cash handling, and accounting.
Provide regularly necessary qualitative and quantitative reports to the management on sales and stock.
Collect customer feedback and providing necessary inputs to the management for enhancing customer service.
Coordinate with other sales team and work towards common shared values and maintaining positive working relationships with others by going the extra mile.
Achieve customer delight by meeting and exceeding customer expectations and needs, resolving grievances and complaints by effectively lesioning with related departments and services
Ensure that all administrative/documentation processes pertaining to store operations are carried out in a timely manner
Manage inventory in such a way that it is correctly accounted, available, provides high returns on investment
Ensure the availability of packing materials, stationary, grocery, consumables etc.,
Flexibility to travelling local for any exhibitions or business purpose at the requirement of the company.
Salary: INR 1,00,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
