Civil Site Engineer Contract Bases

• Co-ordinate with chief Engineer , Auto cad, Excel, MS Office must.

• A site engineer is part of the site management team, and takes some of the responsibility for security, health and safety, and organising and supervising materials and people.

• Site engineers mark out the site, make sure designs are applied correctly and liaise with main and sub-contractors and the site manager.

• Regular liaison with the client, its representatives, and any consultants is another key part of the job. Being a site engineer requires a mixture of personal, technical and physical abilities.

• Work with volunteer coordinator and Executive Director to create construction schedule and identify number of volunteers needed for each workday so they can be recruited in advance

• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, according to contractual conditions, within budget, and with adherence to high standards of quality construction.

• Work with the architect/engineer on house plans, as needed.

• Coordinate all sub-contractors, inspections, etc.  Ensure that materials and tools are available for each workday.

• Able to look after billing & purchasing and to give daily report accordingly.
