Job Description
Job Title: Senior Manager Legal
Qualification: LLB, preferably CS
Experience: About 5 years work experience in legal area related to real estate industry.
Drafting and / or vetting of various notices, agreements, documents, contracts relating to property acquisition, sale and purchase of property, investment/lending in real estate sector.
Handling successful execution and registration of documents, sale deeds, mortgages etc.
Good knowledge of security creation on movable and immovable properties
Proper management of records, documents and papers
Assisting Head – Legal in various functions related to legal Department
Skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software viz. word, PowerPoint, excel.
Updated on latest laws related to real estate and enforcements
Good at speaking and writing English and drafting documents in English
