Experience: Min 6 months to 1 year (Any Sales Experience will do)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Managing point of sales (Dealer point )
Adhere to Home Credit Sales process
Achieving Sales Target
Represent the Home Credit Brand
Dealing with customer
Briefing product and convince customer for loan from Home Credit
Assessing customer Quality
Handling customer query and complaint
Processing loan application (On line), checking documents
KEY SKILLS:
Intermediate / Graduate pass mandatory
Basic English proficiency
Basic Mathematical ability like simple calculations
Experience in Sales preferred
Hunger to succeed Money / Career / Incentives
Willingness to Learn / Process Oriented
Good in Relationship Building
Quick on his feet
Persistent / Determined
Has basic computer skills
INTERVIEW ROUNDS:
1. Typing Test: Minimum 15WPM & 80% Accuracy
2. PI – Test
3. Aptitude Test: Objective type questions (Basic Mathamatics & Reasoning)
4. HR Interview
5. Sales Head Interview
