Job Description:

As a CA Fresher – Consultant at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, you will embark on a dynamic career path, engaging in challenging and rewarding work that contributes to the success of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in Financial Audits: Supporting senior team members in conducting financial audits for clients, including gathering and analyzing financial data, performing substantive testing, and preparing audit documentation.
2. Tax Compliance and Advisory Services: Assisting with tax compliance tasks, such as preparing tax returns and filings, and providing support in tax advisory projects, including research and analysis of tax laws and regulations.
3. Consulting Projects: Participating in consulting engagements across various industries, contributing to project teams by conducting research, preparing presentations, and assisting in the development of client deliverables.
4. Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality service that exceeds expectations.
5. Professional Development: Actively participating in training programs and continuing education initiatives to enhance technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional competencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or eligibility to pursue CA final examinations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
