Sales Manager Full Time
The company is looking for a candidate who can take this company to a reasonable level of sales that helps` grow the company. Since we have just started up, we need to establish a channel that can facilitate sales across the country – most importantly in our home region – North & NCR. That really means that we cannot absorb freshers in this position and we need someone who has the requisite resources and experience to establish steady sales through focussed sales efforts – “WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD” to any or all of the following:
• HOTELS, RESTAURANTS & CAFES.
• FITNESS SPACE
• HOSPITALITY & HOSPITALS
• HEALTH & RETAIL
We are willing to pay a salary that is worthy of the candidate’s capability. The structure will keep performance, achievement and remuneration in balance to motivate individual’s as also the company’s growth.
Ideally the candidate should have the following credentials:
Experience: 5 – 10 years
Skills: Sales Coordinator, MIS Reports, MIS Reporting, Sales Professional responsible for different type of sales data like Primary sales, secondary sales, Modern trade sales (MT). Communicating all over India with vendors Persons regarding Stock Dispatches. Preparing the Sales Report Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly.
Conduct field Events and participate in Farmers Markets regularly.
Updating Product Enquiry details and complaints/issues.
Preparing Vendor agreements and Distributor agreements.
Creating PDRS for New Distributor.
Operate CRM and maintain customer relationships.
Preparing Monthly Target vs. Achieved Reports as well as Weekly Sales Reports.
Appoint Dealers in new territories and place the company’s product. Support channel sales with limited promotions with budget in strict adherence.
Hire staff at junior level to increase presence in market.
